Native macOS desktop app that records meetings, transcribes them, and produces minutes. Local-only processing by default; optional cloud processing for faster turnaround.

Minuter - cloud	$3 USD / month	Monthly subscription, cancel anytime	Everything in the local plan, plus optional cloud processing for faster transcription and minutes. Cancel from the app or via the customer billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds. One-time licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The 30-day free trial gives customers a full chance to evaluate the app before paying. Refund requests: email eu (at) manueldeprada (dot) com.

Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Customers can cancel at any time from inside the app or via the billing portal link sent in the order receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period - no pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Taxes. The final amount charged at checkout depends on the customer's country and state. Sales tax, VAT, and GST are calculated and remitted by the merchant of record processing the payment.
